Puncanya saya dah dapat kesan! No account bank manager food panda masa register restoran, dia tertinggal satu number. Sy cuba contact agen fp tersebut. no respond.
sy juga dah buat aduan kat maklum balas 3x but still no solved it. agen fp ada call tanya saya kenapa tak open . sy cakap paymnt tak masuk. minta dia bantu.
katanya dia xdapat bantu untuk tukar nombor account. dia minta saya buat sendiri. bila saya cuba tukat sendiri... food panda declinr *** my request.
Hari2 ada nampak paymnt advice kat web, tapi still sama lah juga kalau nombor account terkurang satu mestilah tak dapat masuk juga. Customer service is deliberately useless and uses only copy-paste templates. The restaurant has already agreed to refund, but Foodpanda refuses on every count.
On a separate order from their Pandamart, they omit items with higher values and then provide a coupon, meaning that you will have to order a higher amount again from them to use the coupon.
Stay away from such businesses. Their approach is traumatizing, to say the least.

Mesin Foodpanda lama saya telah rosak dan tidak boleh digunakan lagi. Saya ingin memohon penggantian mesin yang baru secepat mungkin kerana ia menjejaskan operasi harian restoran.

Complait foodpanda
I gave the food to the rider, but when it was delivered, they said the food was missing. The system only charged me half the price.

Dear Foodpanda Support Team,
I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of a Foodpanda delivery driver during my order today.
The driver called me at 1:04 PM to say he had arrived. I returned the call at 1:07 PM, meaning I was only 23 minutes late.
Despite this, the driver shouted at me, spoke in a hostile and aggressive tone, and falsely accused me of making him wait for 20 minutes, which is completely untrue.
The drivers actions constitute verbal abuse and intimidation, which are entirely unacceptable and should never occur under any circumstances.
Customers should not be shouted at or disrespected, especially when there was no significant delay on my part.
This behavior reflects poorly on Foodpandas service standards. I request that this incident be properly investigated and that appropriate action be taken to prevent such conduct from happening again.
I trust Foodpanda will take this matter seriously and uphold professional standards among its delivery partners.

My order was cancelled by the rider suddenly on 25/12/2025, and now, on 7/2/2026, my refund has not yet been credited to my bank account. It's a long time to wait for my refund.
I need my money back. And it's hard to contact someone to know about my refund. It's not my fault, so I don't think I will let it go just like that.
So please settle my refund issue as soon as possible. It's already more than 14 working days!
