Foodpanda Malaysia - App problem, *** customer service
Order 27 September 2020, n9vt-9wyc. I ALREADY DELETED ALL ITEMS in my cart and selected new ones to order.
Pressed the order button and guess what order got confirmed? The items that I already deleted.
And the items that I ACTUALLY WANT to have are still in my cart, self pickup. The order that was placed was a delivery and to make things funnier, I was ALREADY at the merchant place to pickup. I told the runner I want to cancel the order but then after taking to my friends, UNFORTUNATELY, customers can only talk to foodpanda after an order is completed.
Advice to future users - No numbers found online is working, so dont bother.
So I got the runner deliver the wrong food to me AT THE SHOP ENTRANCE and after contacting the customer service, all he/she can do is telling me my hands are tied.
I was at the shop with the wrong order in my hands ready to return the wrong food and expect a refund and I can just make new order, but Foodpanda REFUSE to accept that their app had a problem by submitting an order that was already deleted from cart and REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for making me receive wrong order and give me refund.
Why u make life so hard on my Sunday?
